About the Author
/ e/ u% C# e8 |/ x  ZKenneth J. Rothman, DrPH, is a Distinguished Fellow at RTI International, an independent nonprofit research institute dedicated to improving the human condition. He is also Professor in the Departments of Epidemiology and Medicine at Boston University. His research interests in epidemiology have spanned a wide range of health problems, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurologic disease, birth defects, injuries, environmental exposures, and drug epidemiology, but his main career focus has been the development and teaching of the concepts and methods of epidemiologic research.

还是先自身发展，公卫事业才能发展

看看文献，看看以前自己单位整理的资料是否有不足

1、优化下你们的考核机制吧，不应只为突显你们的成绩，比如：痰检率达到95%以上，相当的扯淡！就算是专业的结防所，有多少是别人的痰或是口水（不知道她们更专业能不能涂上去，我们是没办法涂上去）等等。这些指标也无法得到更改了，纳入等级医院评审里面去了。很多传染病没有技术、试剂支持，只停留在临床、疑似层面上。
2、在死因监测上，不知道你们对ICD的了解怎样，在下面，基本没有这样的人员，到现在我也没有见过一个专业的病案信息技术人员，能否在这方面加强下培训，宣传呢？让死因监测更为准确。

我觉得做传染病防控以及卫生应急上更要注重务实

我觉得创新，不是在于说你发现有什么新的东西，而在于用心。我觉得创新是从提问题开始的，你能在工作中找到问题就已经成功了。发现问题，处理问题，解决问题。你解决的问题就是你的创新！
