定义

广义政府卫生支出（general government expenditure on health），又称“一般政府卫生支出（general government expenditure on health）”，指狭义政府卫生支出和社会保障卫生支出。也称一般政府卫生支出（世界卫生组织口径中，一般政府卫生支出还包括外援卫生支出）。它是目前卫生总费用国际分类的指标，反映政府组织和机构作为筹资主体在卫生筹资中所发挥的作用。
