医学节肢动物（medical arthropod），指通过骚扰、吸血、螫刺、寄生、传播多种疾病而危害人体健康的节肢动物。包括蛛形纲(Arachnida)、昆虫纲(Inasecta)、甲壳纲(Crustacea)、唇足纲(Chilopoda)、倍足纲(Diplopoda)和五口纲(Pentastomida)。
