定义

放射性同位素与射线装置安全和防护条例( regulations on the safety and protection of radioisotope and radiation devices  ) ，指为了加强对放射性同位素、射线装置安全和防护的监督管理，促进放射性同位素、射线装置的安全应用，保障人体健康，保护环境而制定的行政法规。2005年 9 月 14 日以国务院令第 449 号公布。2014 年和 2019年两次修订。自 2005 年 12 月 1  日起施行。
