握力指数（Handgrip strength index, HGS index），指的是根据参与者惯用手测量的最高握力值。
握力使用机械式握力计由经过培训的人员进行测量[1][2]。参照亚洲肌少症工作组2019年共识指南，参与者用每只手进行两次最大力量测试，分析时采用惯用手的最高握力值。
