生存分析（三十一）

在前面关于生存分析的内容中，小胖主要介绍了肿瘤临床试验生存分析中最常见的三种方法：

（1）Kaplan-Meier estimate

（2）Log-rank Test

（3）Cox PH model

那具体在肿瘤临床试验统计分析方法部分怎么叙述呢？下边是小胖常用到的几句简单的语句，供大家参考。

 The Kaplan-Meier method will be used to estimate the distribution of (PFS, overall survival, TTP, TTF, etc.) for each treatment and the log-rank test will be used to compare the (PFS, overall survival, TTP, TTF, etc.) distribution between the two treatments.

Cox proportional-hazards model will be used to estimate hazard ratios and 95 percent confidence intervals.

The effect of prognostic factors on (PFS, overall survival, TTP, TTF, etc.) will also be examined using Cox proportional hazards model。
