Q●Basic Function ：This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the statistical analysis plan, working with data management to define and review the clinical database system, development of project specific standardizes programming tools and routines for analysis and is also responsible for providing the statistic and programming consulting support within the company.

●Major Responsibilities 主要职责：

6 u5 V8 t* \/ o, _) ^) H2 U: W1 _% p1.Provide assistance to Clinical in the design of the protocol with emphasis on the statistical design consideration, sample size determination and power assessment.
2.Develop the statistical analysis plans.
3.Implement the randomization schedule required for study.
1 ]5 C+ v/ o) t0 O! }4.Work as part of the data management team in case report form development and review.

2．开展统计分析计划。

1. Assist in the development and review of the clinical trial database system, structure, and validation.
2. Develop the project specific standardized programming tools and routines for analysis report from the clinical database.

●Qualifications：
3 S; Q8 X$ j7 s' Q: Z( l& F$ t1. Master degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Computer Programming or above requirement is preferable.
4 i; K1 k( }# |, T6 X2 A. P2. Minimum of two years SAS programming experience.
3. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills for interaction with a multidisciplinary project team, including statistics, clinical research, and data management.
资质：
9 ?; u3 W1 b9 \$ a1．生物统计，统计学，输血，应用数学，计算机编程专业硕士毕业，获更高学历者优先。
* z! R0 r4 o  X$ Y- @. ^: r2．至少2年SAS编程经验。
3．出色的书面和口头沟通能力与各个学科项目小组，包括：统计，临床研究，和数据管理等进行互动。
