( t, f8 N8 w" ]•        Provides administrative support to Project Leaders, Clinical Operations Leaders and Data Operations Leaders.  Working as a team, taking ownership for tasks.  Focusing on detail & quality.  Ensuring consistency in standards of, and recommending improvements to, existing processes.  
•        Good knowledge of relevant software (MS Windows, PowerPoint) with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
•        Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple, potentially conflicting deadlines with attention to detail
9 _9 Y" W, N+ X5 q2 [•        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to emerging needs
•        Experience in and reliable with dealing with confidential materials

0 k+ M& m$ o. _7 p% t•        Ability to successfully work in a (‘virtual’) team environment

$ S% q5 M& E% r* R& f•        Ability to liaise with senior management within both PAREXEL and client companies in a professional manner

•        Shows commitment to and performs consistently high quality work
•        Bachelor degree with Clinical Medicine, Medicine, Pharmaceutics or English.
•        Can accept the candidate lack the working experience
•        English proficiency (written and oral English)
