Global Pharmaceutical Company is Seeking Junior / Senior Biostatistician.Our client provides a challenge work opportunity and an attractive salary package.

• Plan and manage submission activities, briefing books as applicable.
• Perform matrix management of assigned team members and mentor junior staff as required.
7 I7 D' ~0 S9 K0 d( E. H# P# v• Plan and track assigned portfolio activities, including resources.
# e$ @; F) R/ R! I• Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables within area of responsibility.
• Ensure that assigned areas of responsibility meet scientific, regulatory, quality, and commercial requirements through interaction with all involved parties and regular cooperation with relevant global managers and senior staff
• Participate in or lead non-clinical project activities.
• Lead CRO oversight for outsourced activities in assigned areas in line with processes and ensure appropriate quality of CRO deliverables to teams.
• Be a scientific leader/expert within the group, showing leadership/be the point of reference in statistical methods, regulatory guidelines, project strategies, clinical development planning and study design across a range of the portfolio.
5 f7 d, w8 \2 C, z7 Z• Establish and maintain project standards/local standards for assigned area as appropriate; lead or be an essential contributor to Master Analysis Plans and Full Development Project Specifications, ensuring full compliance with global project standards unless local requirements are otherwise.

Minimum Requirements
  q- d; S$ k' I. X• Ph.D. in statistics or equivalent degree of expertise.
• Experience gained in leading roles on clinical development projects or in the scientific area.
2 |( _# y+ F7 i+ [( f! a• Strong knowledge and expertise in statistics and its applications to clinical trials.
3 l& c1 R0 Z6 c$ t3 {, n' ?• Prior experience in dealing with health authorities desired.
! f! N! q; G1 E, S; p8 O• Good command of English, written and spoken.
1 o3 E7 U# f' O# O* U# B# S- N• Strong project management and team leadership skills for complex activities, or scientific excellence and existing reputation through publication and methodological leadership.
) _- W9 S5 B; N! T. H: y; }: s• Work or college experience in another country or demonstrated ability working together in a multicultural organization desired.
