As doctors we are trained to be skeptical(怀疑的，doubtful/suspicious),because our patients lie to us all the time.The rule is,every patient is a liar(说谎者) untill proved honest.lying is bad,or so were told constantly franber(至少我们从小就被这样教育:at lest,we were brought up by such education.),honesty is the best policy(诚为上策),the truth show such you get free.I chop down the cherry tree(樱桃树) ,whatever.The fact is,lying is necessity(n.必要).We lie to ourselves because the truth,the truth freaking(n.怪人,反复无常；adj.奇异的,反常的) hurts.
No matter how hard we try to ignore it or deny it,eventually the lies fall away.Whethet we like it or not,but here's the truth,about the truth, it hurts,so we lie.
