Responsibilities
􀂾 Responsible for a variety of tasks of data management of the multiple projects, ensure the
; O6 y/ K" z0 [/ g! F0 C" J& Z, H; xaccuracy, completeness, and consistency of the databases of all ongoing projects.
2 Y2 ?" Y3 x# e; B, x8 q􀂾 Manage the progress of multiple projects and prioritizes with respect to pre-determined
. a. e- X8 _2 t# \0 i1 j+ Itimelines.
􀂾 Oversee the development, progress, and finalization of databases according to Good
. j1 G" n$ v& g2 i2 tClinical Practice (GCP) and the Excel’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or client
specified SOPs.
9 c1 H7 o$ [6 h: S, z  U􀂾 Write and review SOP’s and guidelines concerning data management.
􀂾 Supervise clinical data management activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and
- Z- r. b% J% Xconsistency of the databases of all ongoing projects.
􀂾 Training the team member periodically.
Qualifications:
􀂾 Postgraduate Degree in public health, pharmacology, computer science, or other related
( \) ]5 Q; B8 T" m/ k: Nfields. 3 years of industry experience in clinical data management and at least 1 years
1 o  L0 V5 M; U1 Edirect staff management experience.
! @* [, ?& K. W5 h􀂾 Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting project milestones.
􀂾 Strong knowledge of all stages of data management.
􀂾 Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and China GCP
4 W* }1 _" u( X: _4 R, R􀂾 Rich experience of Oracle system utilization and good skill of SAS programming.
􀂾 Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness and capability to encourage
and support others to ensure the achievement of team goals.
