Responsibilities:

M, f' |% t1.Perform all usual operator functions: receive, screen, connect and /  or transfer calls.  Answer switchboard incoming calls courteously by greetings and transfer them to the appropriate individual, offices or departments.  Ensure the switchboard is answered at all times during business hours.

Proofread and edit draft and final materials for appropriate and consistent format, accuracy of figures or other data and correct punctuation, spelling and grammar.
! h; o) z0 b- C6 h( U# r3.Handle matters of a routine nature such as organizing work load to comply with deadlines and priorities, composing replies to correspondence, interpretation and translation, following up on pending issues, maintaining confidential data and information and preparing summary information for Vice President’s review.
